Designer Spotlight: Nanette Lepore
Forty-something designer Nanette Lepore has a vision that's entirely her own. Unlike other American contemporary designers that flirt with girly looks, Nanette Lepore relies on more than just ruffles and bows. Instead, she builds wearable collections that are based on great prints, color and details. And, of course, there's always a bit of frill for the girly girls. For this season, Nanette Lepore sweetens up the runway with her own take on the little black dress, scarf prints and more. (Photo Credit: Cynthia Nellis, licensed to About.com)
